Eagle & Pig is a barbershop located at 1782 Monrovia Ave, Costa Mesa, California 92627. We provide professional barbering services including haircuts, straight razor shaves, and service packages as described on our Site. All services are performed by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday. Service pricing is listed on the Site and is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
All appointments are made through our online booking system (powered by Acuity Scheduling) and are subject to availability. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact information. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are significantly late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
Cancellations and No-Shows: We understand that schedules change. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment as far in advance as possible out of respect for your barber's time. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in being required to prepay for future bookings or being refused future appointments at our discretion.
Prepaid Packages (Swine Club): The Swine Club and any other prepaid service packages are non-refundable once purchased. Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser. Eagle & Pig reserves the right to modify or discontinue package offerings at any time, with appropriate notice to active package holders.
Eagle & Pig is a welcoming environment for all clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a manner that is disrespectful, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive to other clients or staff. Any such behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the premises without a refund.
We take great pride in our work and want every client to leave happy. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let your barber know before leaving the shop so we have the opportunity to make it right. We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Eagle & Pig or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party services, including our booking system and social media platforms. These third parties operate independently and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and policies.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
